Ah, now I understand your question, Mordonna.  Roo isn't short for kangaroo,
it's an odd spelling of roe, as in "roe deer".  It's venison broth.  And since
we've got a shire member whose mother wants desperately to get a haunch of
venison into somebody else's freezer...
