SC - OT? Price of butter

We had a drought in the Central US. The choice was trim the herds or truck
in feed. A lot of people trimmed the herds, so beef got inexpensive, but
dairy products were in short supply and the price went up accordingly.

Here in Oklahoma, butter was running $3.59/lb for the least expensive brand.
Yesterday, it was $2.99/lb, which means either demand dropped off or
supplies are increasing or both.
