Opinionated?  Bull Headed?  Why, I Never! (well, ok, but only by those
who know me best!)  It's just a good thing we aren't in professional
competition with each other!  (Anybody ever seen "Who's Killing the Great
Chefs of Europe"?  It's a very funny film about cooks, and would make a
good holiday rental if you haven't seen it or it's been a while)  I have
known few really good cooks that weren't at least a little , um, shall we
say, sure of themselves?
