SC - An old recipie memory

Christianna,

An old favorite of our family's. The white is diced into a thick cream
sauce, which really tastes best made with butter, poured over the
buttered toast, and then the sieved yolk is sprinkled over the top,
looking like goldenrod pollen.. Serve with lots of bacon or ham or
sausage. It was the Easter Morning Breakfast, along with fruit Ambrosia.
Actually, I always disliked the soggy toast effect, and had my toast or
English muffin set on the side. Don't know what your de-cholesteroled
version will turn out to be like.

Regards,

Allison
