Hmmm....apparently my first message never posted, since I didn't get it
thru the list...here it is again
You can find pine nuts, or pignolis (pin-yol-ees) in most grocery stores
de-shelled, and in pet stores with the shells - they're treats/dietary
supplements for large billed birds, ie. parrots and macaws. Good luck
finding good prices...best prob at the pet store, since you have to
de-shell them yourself, but thats a lot of work. We use them in several
dishes at work (Italian restaurant) - be sure you brown them slightly to
bring out the taste before you throw them into a dish/soup/whatever you
happen to be cooking - major difference compared to just tossing them in
