SC - hemp seeds?

There are several articles in Platina using hemp seeds in recipes- I'll be
happy to type them in for you. 

Also, Again I hate to disillusion folks, but last I heard, hemp seeds are
one of the main ingredients in bird seed, or were, last I heard,
particularly for song birds. No wonder the little beasties sing!!!!!
