You can download the jpeg to your harddrive, load it into an image viewer,
and set a percentage of the picture size which will allow you to view the
entire image.

You may also be able to set the browser to open the jpeg into an image
viewer automatically, depending on the options and tools you have available.
You probably need to check the Help file to see what the browser does about
opening images.
