SC - My first time...

There was a period cook-off at Bordermarch melees here in Ansteorra this
weekend and I won! I did a redaction of a recipe for Rissoles from "Take a
Thousand Eggs Vol. #2.   Anyway, my prize was a copy of A Miscelleny.
It's the first time I've ever won a contest I've entered in the SCA and
wanted to share!
already thinking of another dish to cook,
