SC - Italian Ren Feast

I agree with Helen that it sucks to waste good food, and even though it's a
renaissance feast, perhaps using new world foods as a course at the end of feast
as a "things to come-from the new world" so that food doesn't get wasted, and
some people get history on what foods are period and what aren't?  Just a thought
to avoid waste.
