Boil water. Mix small package of Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water according to package
directions. Mix until dissolved and partially cool. Mix in 1 cup of a complimentary
(to the flavor of the Jell-O) liquor. (Unless it's grain in which case you can't add
more than 1/2 cup or it won't gel. Grain with another liquor, you can add 1/4 cup grain
and 1/2 cup other.) Pour into small containers (medicine cups from a medical supply
store work best) and freeze for 2 hours to get a good gel. If you mix several flavors,
you can partially fill the cups with the first, freeze for an hour before adding more,
and make great layered drinks. Keep frozen so they stay gelled until serving (don't let
them sit out). To eat, run your tongue around the outside between the cup and Jell-O
until it falls into your mouth and swallow whole. I don't eat them, but I make some of
the best. Now, ask me about speed shots, ice cream drinks, after fives, etc.
