It's worth noting that Chiquart is planning for his feast for months in
advance, including time to build new kitchen space if necessary--and
demands of this sort are part of what he is planning for. Certainly I've
cooked at sites where, given that I couldn't build on an extra kitchen
building, satifying this sort of request would have been awkward to say the
least...
