You wouldn't by any slim chance have that recipe still in your possession? I
have served in the past what I called a solid wine soteltie, but I haven't
ever found a recipe to back up my belief that they did it back then. A
pointer toward which of our known cook books has this recipe would be greatly
appreciated.
