Ooops!  I just realized my mistake.  I got my copy of An Ordinance of
Potage from the Poison Pen Press, not Potboiler Press!

Sorry about that, although Alban carries great stuff (including the
Miscellany), he does not carry the other period type cook books, as far
as I know.
