Thank you for confirming the info about PA. :-) A gentle reminder though>
Pennsylvania is NOT a state. It is a Commonwealth. As such it's legislative
body MUST pass it's own versions of federal mandates before they become
'official'. There are several other distinctions that slip my mind at the
moment.
