SC - meat days and fast days - MIXED?

Dear Filippa, 
	I would love to see what your balanced menu looked like.  I have read
about the humours but am still confused by how it translates into food. 
I would also like to know what your thoughts are when you plan a menu. 
I am at that planning stage now.  All help is needed.
