The recipe I gave is definitely OOP.  While twice baked breads are period,
the ones I've seen mentioned are mostly travel breads resembling hardtack
more than modern biscotti.  

I don't have the recipe for Biskit Bread, and I would be interested in
seeing it should anyone have a copy to post.
