Here's my big duh moment of the day, I should have thought of the mess honey
in a corked bottle could be.  I think this upcoming event is driving me nuts!

I hadn't considered those ceramic jars and come to think of it i have seen
glass ones with a similar lid around too.  I may have better luck with those
than jelly jars, since everyone seems to have pulled them off the shelves for
this year, and my mother got rid of all the ones Grandma had. . .
