  On October 7, Mark Pennington, Known as Ivar Ivarsson, passed away at
approxiamately 3:00 a.m. Mark was my uncle and a very good friend to us all.
He was generous with his time and helpful by nature. It was through this
generous nature that he became know to so many of us.Mark(Ivar) has suffered
with cancer for nearly a year, his health failing dramatically as of late.
His
passing was inevitable, yet much sooner than we were prepared for. He will
be
greatly missed by his family and many Cynaguan friends. Funeral arrangements
are being made by his sister Bonnie and nephew Bob(Torin). For specific
information please feel free to contact Conor or  myself at (209) 825-1951.
S.C.A. friends are encouraged to attend the memorial services to be held in
Manteca at ST. Pauls Methodist Church on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.(MAIN
ST. --east
on  NORTH ST.--at cross streets of NORTH &POWERS.) Donations can be sent in
memory of Ivar to Conor and Isa,13701 S. HWY 99,Manteca,95336. There will
also
be a gathering immediately following the service at BoB's (TORIN'S) house
for
friends and family.
