SC - Uncooked Chicken

I agree wholeheartedly with the thermometer (I have my instant one in a pen holder
residing on my apron).  But the other thing is... you can't cook 20 chickens in an
oven together at the same temperature and time as a single chicken. That is where
training can really help.
