Between this post and the Niccole's post, there is  an almost Zen message to
tjhe eternal question about wjhether cooking is an art or a science. 

IMO, it's quite obvious, through direct observation and experience, that there
can be no doubt that cookery is an ART which uses SCIENCE to explain the
perfection of it's masterpieces.  :-)
