SC - Politarchopolis event

Last year someone (one of the Charles', I think) posted a description and
event flyer from a very fancy feast which had been presened a year or two
earlier by the Politarchopolis (did I spell that right?) Assault Catering
Corps.  I seem to have misplaced everything - can someone send it to me again?
