I'll bet anything the sauce in question was Platina's garlic sauce, the
variety known as "A More Highly Colored Garlic Sauce". More highly colored,
that is, than the type which doesn't include purple grape juice. Simple truth
in advertising. I'd suggest that for those wishing to avoid highly colored
foods, the thing to do is to avoid something called "A More Highly Colored..."
well, you know.
