It is available from Pot Boiler Press.  The contact information in the
Pennsic Book lists:Edward L. Eisenstein, P.O. Box 30171, Columbia, MO,
65205.  They might have a web site, and if all else fails, you could call
information and give them an emergency cooking phone call!
