SC - another silly question

Why is this question silly?  Because it is very difficult to measure what
the 'average' amount of juice you get out of the average piece of fruit,
but here goes.

How much juice do you get out of the average lemon and the average orange?
For both of the recipes I will be using  I would rather OVER estimate than
under estimate.
