SC - Nutmegs, ground

A question I also had, Mordonna, never having seen them in our local
grocery stories. But to my amazement, I discovered our one lone health food
store has them. As you might tell, I don't get there very often. We also
lack any middle eastern supply store -- far east, thai, south american,
etc., no middle eastern. Sigh.

One whole nutmeg later, we discover it yielded close to 1 tablespoon of
highly aromatic moist spice. Ummm, smells good.

Back to cooking. Thanks for all the feedback, especially to attempt to find
whole nutmeg because it's stronger.
