SC - nervous feastocrat-it's over!

Greetings to the list!
Just wanted to tell everyone how much I appreciated your responses to my
posting about the feast I was preparing for this past weekend.  I think it
went amazingly well considering my co-feastocrat fell off her horse during
equestrian right after lunch and had to be taken to the hospital.  She's
fine, thank goodness.  We served almost 100 outside.  Hot food hot and cold
food cold.  Many people enjoyed the recipe documentation I handed out.
Some even learned something:-)  Most were pleasantly surprised that they
could be full and happy after a period feast.  Now to decide on a new project.
