Welcome to the Cook's List, Charlena, and slow down a bit.

Why don't you watch, look, and listen a bit, and you'll find many of your
questions answered. Let me give you a few useful URLs, and check them out.

The first is Stefan's Florilegium at:

http://www.pbm.com/~lindahl/rialto/rialto.html

it's got all sorts of information on SCA, including cooking. Next, you

should check out:

 http://www.sca.org

It's got the Official stuff.

For an excellent resource on setting up a Guild, try:

http://www.asyn.com/sca/madrone/p-g-cul.htm

There's also the following two, which are based on cooking info, including
recipes, but have other things as well:

http://www.pbm.com/~lindahl/cariadoc/miscellany.html

and:

http://members.aol.com/renfrowcm/links.html

I suspect these links ought to keep you busy for at least 15 minutes.

Have fun, and always be willing to ask questions.
