SC - Apple bread, cookies

I Unfortunately don't have any on hand at the moment...but I can 
experiment and write you a recipe or look some up for you ....I recently 
made a cake with Cortland apples  that I picked, but I didn't like how 
it turned out with oil so I will try it out with butter and write down 
my recipe. I am in the habit of experimenting and making up my own 
recipes (such as chicken with cream dill and cinnamon Sauce, my friends 
did like it).   I hopefully will be trying medieval cooking soon(more 
books in the mail).
