SC - OOP - Pasta salads?

I found a recipe in my Bon Apetite mag

Farfalle with pesto and tomatoes 

3 cups (packed) fresh basil leaves
about 6 bunches 
1/2 cup plus 2 tbs olive oil 
1/3 cup pine nuts 
3 large garlic cloves, chopped 
1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 pounds farfalle (bow tie) pasta 
3 cups chopped seeded plum tomatoes
  (about 1 1/4 pound)


Combine first four ingredients in processor.  
Blend until smooth.  Transfer to small bowl. 
Mix in 3/4 cup cheese Season with salt and pepper.  


Cook Pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but 
still firm to bite.  Drain pata, reserving  1/2 cup cooking liquid.  
Return pasta to same pot.  Add one cup pesto and reserved cooking 
liquid, toss to blend.  Mix in tomatoes.  Season with salt and pepper.  
Transfer Pasta to serving bowl. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.  Garnish 
with fresh basil leaves if desired.
