More details please. This sounds like something that has gotten
exaggerated. I am not aware of anyone dying at an SCA event from
such a cause. I have been involved with several discussions over
the years about the SCA insurance and nothing like this has ever
been mentioned that I can remember, even when some of those in the 
conversation were SCA B.o.D. members.
