I heard that same report... very interesting.  Those with web access might
want to look at the New York Academy of Medicine website at
http://www.nyam.org.  There is some information about the luncheon at
http://www.nyam.org/meded/announcements/cookery.html, including some of
the recipes used. The library, incidently, is open to the public (certain
restrictions apply). The website includes a link to the library catalog,
which is accessible via telnet.
