SC - meat days and fast days - MIXED?

I wasn't trying to infer that there were No meals without Meat, but rather, that it is
unlikely that you would have a Feast without it, or at least it (meat) being a large
portion of it (feast).
I'm very sure there was plenty of broth and bread meals, especially for the peasant
classes...

I apologize if I wasn't clear in my previous post.
