oo! and dont forget the fun extras, like eating with only a spoon and a
knife and your fingers, bread trenchers, sharing a plate with a buddy, the
salt in little salt cellar dishes instead of a shaker, strew the floor with
straw "rushes", the room lit by candles, period music (even if only canned)
and if you can swing it, get some real ham servers to call everyone m'lady
and fawn over them..."might I offer your ladyship a gobbet of fowl? Yeah
verily the sauce cameline is a delightful accomanyment! Its said to balance
the humors. Surely though, your ladyship is not out of balance?"

These things dont cost money, but make a lasting impression on everyone,
even pre-pubescent girls :)
