SC - More lamb

Have just committed to buting another lamb. I'll butcher it myself, and the
main part of it will be easy to deal with. I also have uses for kidneys,
brains, liver, hide, intestines and heart, but that still leaves an awful
lot unused. I would appreciate recipes for blood sausage and black pudding,
possibly a haggis, if someone can specify WHICH stomach, and any other
parts not mentioned.
