SC - Elizabethan buffet

My Lord Gunthar,
	At the risk of starting off an avalanche of "me toos....."  I will be VERY
interested in seeing the recipes for your Elizabethan buffet.  I will be
hosting a Tudor Medieval Studies afternoon in early November.  The activities
will include preparing a Tudor meal.  Specific recipies have been few & far
between (I live in a small town, small library, few references of my
own....that's why I love this list so much!)  Anyway, VIVAT!! on all the hard
work you did in preparing the vigil meal.
