SC - Reducing feast fees

Another thing that can be done (I've done it before) is approach some of
these vendors for a "charitible donation".  We  ARE a non-profit
organization and a donation made to us is TAX DEDUCTIBLE!  I have gotten
copies from Kinkos, food from local markets, even decorations and silk
flowers (going out of season so they had to get rid of them anyway) from
a craft store.    We have an herb farm in our shire that donates all the
fresh herbs for our feasts.
