SC - Candied Almonds

I am an insulin dependent diabetic and I NEVER eat desert. I have to keep
my diet strict and regimented so as my insulin does what it is surpose to
do and I dont go into insulin shock at the other end of this same spectum.
Did this make any sense? I haven't had my coffee yet!  :(
