Yup. Go with a ten-ounce box frozen spinach, two tablespoons butter, and a
generous third of a cup of sugar. Ten ounces of frozen spinach is actually an
ounce too high, but by the time you thaw it and squeeze out some of the water,
it will make little difference, I suspect, and a 10-ounce box is a pretty
standard size for frozen spinach.
