well, I love a basic egg custard, and find it yummy with rice, almond or real
milk[NEVER try to make it with soy milk, yecch!] and will also use these 3
interchangeably on many occasions-I have friends with food tolerance problems, and at
home try to be as accomodating as possible. I had a roommate who was allergic to
garlic, pepper AND capsicam pepper, ginger, milk, pork, beef and a few other things.
Gee, what are my favorite things to cook with?....as a diabeticII, menu planning got
real interesting. It becomes a real interesting trying to menu plan variety in without
hitting allergens.
