Find a Latin version, start your stop watch, repeat it, stop watch. :-)
Seriously, the English version takes about 20 seconds for 1 relatively slow
repitition. The question then becomes 'How many repitions of the Ave Maria are
used in the complete ritual'? Any Catholics out there that might be able to
help in this area?
