Same here. Nevertheless, I am surprised that the alternative product mentioned
all the time is soy milk. There are many different types of milk substitutes
available today including commercially available almond milk and walnut milk.
I buy these reguklarly at Wegman's and my health food store.

If a person insists on soy milk, it is available in a palatable form under the
'Eden' brand name. There really is no need to use the yuck that comes in cans.

BTW, potato water has many uses. It is delicious as the base for bread making
and can also be used in soups and stews as well as sauce making; but, as a
beverage I would put it out there in left field.
