SC - Phyllo pastry dough

i also find it faster to just forget the cutsey pastry brush and dip the palm of
my hand in the butter and spread, it doesnt tear the sheets either. I picked
that up from my ex's sister Aicha. I can butter a standard packaged sheet in
about 2 swipes.
