SC - Cooking of meat-longish

actually, nematodes infest a lot of our foods, we just don't know how to
recognize it and as we for the most part cook the food, it doesn't really
matter. it is sort of along the lines of reading upton sinclairs the jungle and
goung out for hot dogs...
