I always sort out the bones as well, and will debone the quail-i find the idea
of crunching the little skulls high on my eeeeeumeter, just like softshell crab.
I knows what them little suckers eat underwater[ok, so I dive, what can i say]
and their preferred diet, combined with the idea that i'd be eating their
intestines ranks almost at the top of my eeeeu meter.
