SC - Spicy Radishes????

I am sorry, but I have never had a radish I would have considered spicy.  I
have only ever eaten rather bland radishes, even daikon isn't something I
would think of as spicy.  Is this a different radish?  Or is my palate too
coarse for such a delicate spice?
