SC - Gravlax and the thingy recipe (a bit OT)

Serve gravlox with bagels, cream cheese, jahrlsburg, and a slice of
cucumber.

It's ground Nova, and is generally cheaper than buying lox.

Imagine a river.  The water flows by unceasingly, pure and cold.  Fish
swim by your feet uncaring of your presence.  An endless variety of
