SC - Elizabethan Buffet

I'm doing a buffet for a friend who is sitting vigil for his Laurel. Since he
is VERY Elizabethan I decided to try to make his buffet as much in keeping with
his personna as possible.

Anne-Marie has given me tons of help and I've played with a few recipes but the
menu hasn't quite been finalized yet. I'm cooking with around 60 people in
mind and I'll post a report after the event.
