Hallo folks.

I had a thought about the recipe I posted:

There is no reason why the meat included in the both needs to be ground.
You could 1) serve a whole piece, or a sliced piece of meat, or 2) you
could serve shredded pork, which is kinda what I ended doing, since my
hubbie is on the Atkins diet, too, and wouldn't eat the dumplings.

It's an asthetic thing. The shreds are more pleasing in broth than the
ground pork.
