I don't know if this will work for you but I used to chop up the apples into
small pieces, line a good sized bowl with cheese cloth large enough to hang
to the table on all sides and crush the apple with something heavy. I would
then gather the ends of the cheese cloth together and start twisting. Twist
until it won't twist any tighter then hang the cheese cloth over the bowl
for a few hours and let the rest of the juice drip into the bowl. This works
with almost any ripe fruit or berry. We used to let the kids eat the pulp
and what they didn't eat went to the neighbors goat. The juice is now ready
for whatever you need it for but as it has not been cooked, should not sit
around unrefrigerated. Hope this helps.
