Hi list,
        Here is a thought. You could try making a castle out of bakers
margarine. What you do is make a fairly rough model in the shape of what you
desire to make and then smother it with margarine. 

I know this is not terriblt authentic, and of course not edible, but the
bonus of this style of presentation is that it can be re used, time after
time after time. If the piece becomes dusty or damaged then simply give it
another layer of margarine.
